I did the detox before I started the diet and lost 20 pounds, then I did round one and lost another 43 pounds during p2- I am now on Round 2 at the start of p2 and am down 74 pounds all toghether so far- its great for me because it has gotten my PCOS under control and now ovulate regularly and am much healthier- I LOVE LOVE LOVE the hcg diet! For sweetness I use Stevia and coconut oil- I know several people who have maintained after hcg for 3 or more years which is why Im doing it
@TheAsifian Sounds like a fad diet. Sorry, not interested! My approach is holistic – not a quick fix. In the end, diets just fail you and add more stress to your body.
