    @leahcimrac Thanks for the tip, if I ever go back to lifting weights (I stopped the program after 3 months) I will keep that in mind ;) I was squatting 110 pounds there and I got up to 150 by the end of 3 months. My thighs are by far the strongest part of my body after over a decade of competitive level soccer and martial arts.

    Lol I didn’t expect you to be as strong as you are. How much are you squatting there? Also a bit of a tip for the incline presses: Try a closer grip. you’ll get better range of motion and it also helps to contract the pecs at the top of the movement.

    keep it up dude. You do think quite a bit, which is great. Sickness can be caused by stress and thinking too much, which people with your constitution can easily do too much of in one day without appropriate relaxation strategies :) Pce

    @matthewlake182 Ah, yeah, the few times I’ve been sick over the last 4 years or so it’s been stomach related.

    stomach bugs are always the most difficult to avoid, no matter how good your immune system is. Forunately they are pretty harmless and over quickly :p although being stressed definitely makes you more likely to get one. I’ve found that I rarely get colds and flu’s but stomach bugs are more difficult to avoid… just my experience =)

    @ThomasDeanNordlum I have one pair of workout pants that are mostly hemp and something like 20% organic cotton. We have to do with what we have available. The shorts in this vid are very old and definitely not of natural fibers. The best thing to do is start going for organic natural fibers with all the new things you buy as well as for the things you wear most. Almost all my socks are now natural fiber socks since I go through those fastest!

    side question: what are your pants made out of? I was out shopping today (oh how i hate shopping) and I could not find exercise pants made out of 100% cotton, best i found was 80/20. remember your comments about polyester and estrogens?

    There are some points to it that make sense to me, but I feel there might be some negative effects on your overall metabolism unless you were to include some overfeed days in the regimen. I was considering trying the diet, but again would love to get your input on it. Thanks sir.

    @spenc193 I addressed it in more detail in a past Q&A but it’s definitely not a bodybuilding diet and eating that late at night is when your digestion is at it’s weakest.
